Privacy Agreement of "Transform - NoFap"

Welcome to our application "Transform - NoFap" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy agreement outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Collection and Use of Information

In the process of providing services, this App will not actively collect any personal information from you.

2. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We will not provide your personal information to any third parties, including our partners or advertisers. We will only disclose your information when required by law or with your explicit consent.

3. Information Security

We take information security very seriously and implement all reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial measures to protect your information.

4. Data Retention and Storage

We do not retain or store any of your user data on our servers. All data generated during your use of the App (such as punch-in records, logs, meditation logs, etc.) is stored solely in encrypted or secure forms on your local device. Our server-side retention period for your user data is 0 seconds.

Since we do not maintain any server-side database, this data will remain on your local device unless and until you actively delete it or uninstall the App.

In addition, the App supports local data export and import. You can voluntarily choose to export your data as a backup file and store it in any custom location of your choice (such as a cloud drive under your personal control or local storage). We do not collect or interfere with your exported backup data in any way.

5. Data Deletion

Because we do not collect, retain, or transfer any of your data to servers, we do not hold any server-side data of yours. Consequently, there is no need for server-side account cancellation or data deletion.

If you wish to delete all your local data, you can do so through the following methods:

• Manually delete specific punch-in records, logs, or restart records within the App;
• Go to your mobile device's settings, locate the App, and select "Clear Cache" or "Clear Data / Storage";
• Uninstall the App directly from your device. Uninstalling will automatically and permanently delete all app data stored on your local device.

Please note that once you delete local data or uninstall the App without a prior backup, the data cannot be recovered.

6. Protection of Minors' Privacy

We do not actively collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information without the consent of a guardian, we will promptly delete the relevant information.

7. Changes to the Privacy Agreement

We may update this privacy agreement from time to time. Any modifications will take effect immediately after the updated privacy agreement is published. We recommend that you review this privacy agreement regularly to stay informed about how we protect your information.
